Refund policy

•  Damaged shoes can be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the damage is a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse or wear and tear.

• Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to be eligible for an exchange.

• The shoes must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Any signs of wear or alterations to the shoes will void the exchange policy.
